I’m a senior healthcare leader and leadership coach with over a two decade of experience supporting individuals and teams to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. Currently working at matron level within a world-leading NHS organisation, I bring a practical, compassionate, and systems-aware approach to leadership development. My coaching style blends strategic thinking with deep self-reflection. I support leaders who are navigating complexity, transition, or self-doubt — helping them move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to grounded, decisive, and values-led in how they show up at work. I am particularly passionate about inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and supporting emerging and under-represented leaders to step into their authority without losing their authenticity. Whether you are preparing for your next senior role, managing challenging relationships, or reconnecting with your confidence as a leader, my coaching creates space for insight, growth, and meaningful change. My coaching offers that pause — a place to think clearly, reconnect with your values, and lead in a way that feels aligned, credible, and sustainable. I specialise in supporting leaders through career transitions, imposter syndrome, difficult workplace dynamics, and the emotional weight that often comes with senior roles. I have a particular passion for supporting women and under-represented leaders to step into their power with clarity, presence, and self-trust. My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in real-world leadership — not theory for theory’s sake. Coaching with me is about insight, courage, and learning to lead as yourself.
