Lead Nurse Children's Community Nursing Service

I am a specialist practice Community Children's Nurse and B8a Lead Nurse of the Children's Community Nursing Service for the 2 teams based in Epsom and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children at St. Helier Hospital. I provide strong clinical and professional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, family-centred care for children and young people with complex, long-term and life-limiting conditions. Alongside 24 years experience as a CCN, I co-ordinated a Child Health Service for 7 years, worked in senior position in Paediatric ED and provide on-call Matron duties for the acute hospitals' paediatric and neonatal areas.
