Lead Nurse Congenital Heart Disease - Thames Valley and Wessex Operational Delivery Network

I currently work in a split post with 50% of my hours spent the clinical environment of a busy tertiary cardiac unit as a cardiac specialist nurse. The remaining 50% of my hours are as the Lead Nurse for Paediatric Cardiology for the Thames Valley and Wessex Operational Delivery Network. This is a strategic role looking at the pathway of care for BCYP across the region which involves working with multiple providers and professions in the region.
