With 25 years of experience within General Practice, including more than 7 years as a Practice Manager, I bring expertise in healthcare operations and team leadership. I have extensive experience in dealing with patient complaints and understand how challenging this can be! I have previous experience in setting up successful community services for our local population. I have been a Primary Care Network board member for the past year. I’m always happy to help NHS colleagues in any way I can—whether that’s sharing skills, offering practical support, or just being there to listen.
