Lead Practice Educator for Leadership and Trust Lead PNA

I lead and oversee all of the nursing leadership development programmes at GOSH. Through this work I am involved in strategic review of our curriculum for qualified staff and ensuring that the leadership education meets the needs of the patients, the staff and the organisation. My work also feeds into the leadership pillar of the nursing strategy and is collaborative alongside the work delivered by our OED team. I also lead the professional nurse advocate service at GOSH, supporting a team of 35 qualified PNAs- supporting and enabling them to deliver restorative clinical supervision to our colleagues and also delivering clinical supervision myself.
