Legacy Mentor (midwifery)

I am a band 6 Midwife with almost 10 years experience, having worked across 2 trusts on all wards, and also in a stand alone birth centre and two homebirth teams. I am currently on a secondment with OneDevon in their retention hub as a legacy mentor, offering menotring and coaching sessions to registered NHS staff across Devon. We are a pilot site for Scope for Growth which is a carees conversation tool.
