Assistant Director, Operational Improvement

With over 25 years of cross-sector experience, I bring a values-driven approach to leadership—combining operational excellence with a deep commitment to inclusion, health equity, and sustainability. My career spans public service, grassroots sport, and entrepreneurial ventures, each shaped by a belief in the power of community and systemic change.

As Chair of the NHS England London BAME Network, I lead initiatives that amplify underrepresented voices and foster belonging across the NHS workforce. I’ve spearheaded national campaigns, shaped policy conversations, and built platforms where lived experience drives action.

In my role as General Manager and Secretary of Haringey Borough Women FC, I integrate sport, health, and wellbeing to uplift communities. From launching the local initiatives to developing outreach and fundraising strategies, I’m building a replicable model for grassroots empowerment.

My entrepreneurial work—including property development—reflects the same ethos: creating spaces where people thrive. Every project I lead is rooted in purpose, shaped by my upbringing in South-East London and driven by a vision for a more equitable future.
