I am the Customer Service Manager at The Heron Medical Practice and have been in this role since April 2024. I lead a team of 15 receptionists to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support. With a strong focus on efficiency, empathy, and clear communication, I ensure that patients receive a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they contact the practice. I work closely with patients and provide a drop-in service on a monthly basis across our three sites to build positive relationsips and gain valuable feedback, as well as with clinicians - bridging the gap beween medical and administrative duties to maintain high service standards. I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, empowering my team through training, guidance, and support to deliver compassionate, patient-focused service.
