About
Associate Director of Population Health
I’m an Associate Director of Population Health at Humber and North Yorkshire ICB, with a background in nursing, public health, and system leadership. My work focuses on reducing health inequalities, supporting quality improvement, and building partnerships that turn data and insight into meaningful action.
Alongside my NHS role, I’m an Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham and a Florence Nightingale Foundation Leadership Scholar. I enjoy mentoring others, supporting interview preparation, and creating opportunities for learning through shadowing and shared practice.
I’m currently completing my UKPHR specialist registration through the portfolio route and looking to deepen my experience in health economics, health technology assessment, screening, and research grant development.
