Deputy Head of Workforce Transformation

Hello, my name is Ruth, I joined the NHS in 2006 and I am currently on secondment to the HEE London region as Deputy Head of Workforce Transformation, my role is to support our North London ICBs and our internal HEE transformation leads in delivery of HEE Mandated programmes across London. 

Prior to joining HEE my time was spent acute and specialist providers across different services, my areas of expertise are service improvement programmes, quality and governance as well as leading teams supporting delivery and implementation.

What I most enjoy about working in the NHS is building effective working relationships and partnerships to deliver successful outcomes that benefit our patients, staff and trainees.
