Planned Care & Cancer Senior Manager
Currently I work in NHS England North West team in Elective Performance. Previously I worked in NHSE National Elective Recovery: Ops & Delivery team (2022-24) and Lancs & South Cumbria ICS/Cancer Alliance (2020-22).
I joined the NHS in 2020 in the wake of Covid. Before that, I founded and ran my own multi-award winning manufacturing company (2006-2020) with customers including Amazon, Wholefoods Market and Booths. And before that, I worked in IT Service Management with multinationals including Goldman Sachs, T-Mobile and Astra Zeneca (2000-2006).
Through each of these work history experiences, I have amassed a wide range of transferrable skills and describe myself as adaptable, entrepreneurial and tenacious - as my varied work history demonstrates I like learning new things, meeting new people and exploring different aspects of my skill set!
