My name is Sofiya Khan-Ringshaw and I have been working in the NHS for almost 4 years. I started as an Apprentice, rotating around all aspects of the finance function. I am now a Costing Analyst working in the Costing and Reporting team within my department. In addition to my job role, I am HFMA NextGen National Chair as well as the the London Student Finance chair, specialisng in the Training and development of students and 2-6 staff. I am a member of numerous national and reigonal T&D committees/boards .
