I am offering 2 individuals up to six hours of 1:1 coaching via Teams. A coaching session will typically take place as a conversation between the coach and the coachee (person being coached), and it focuses on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves and feel empowered to take steps to improve the situation.
The coaching can be based around any personal or professional development challenge you are experiencing. In exchange, I will ask you to complete a short feedback form outlining what worked well for you and what i could improve.
