Code of conduct

As a participant in Talent Timebanking, I commit to:

1. Respecting others' privacy and opinions.
2. Avoiding the imposition of religious or political beliefs.
3. Seeking consent before involving others.
4. Not requesting or accepting money or gifts.
5. Using possessions with permission.
6. Treating others with respect.

I also recognise that NHS England champions equality for all members. Any concerns should be addressed with our timebank coordinators before proceeding with an exchange.

I am aware that NHS England prioritises member safety.

Understanding that NHS England values each member and expects high standards, my rights and responsibilities include:

1. Being treated with dignity, care and respect.
2. Adhering to this code of conduct.
3. Ensuring one time credit equals one hour of service.
4. Maintaining confidentiality.
5. Creating comfortable exchanges.
6. Contacting our timebank coordinators in challenging situations.
7. Being punctual and accepting advice.

If dissatisfied with services from other timebank members, I understand that I should inform our timebank coordinators.
