As a result of the consultation process within NHS England, the current Midlands Talent and Leadership and Lifelong Learning teams have merged to now become NHS England – Midlands People, Talent, and Culture Team. 

A key change will be how we work with our Integrated Care Boards and, the People, Talent and Culture team will take on the role of expert strategic partner in providing tailored support for ICB’s in relation to Talent management, Leadership development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion improvement activity. Our new approach to working strategically with our ICB’s will initially be trialled during 2023/24.  

As part of this offer, our talent time banking site is being tested with our vibrant Visible Leaders Network before launching Talent Time Banking for use across the region in 2024.
