I've worked in the NHS since 2008 having started in Health Education England, which is now the Workforce, Training & Education Directorate of NHSE SW.
I have a keen interest in supporting colleagues to help them shape discussions around their work/ home life, resilience in the workplace, exploring their skills sets, and developing and progressing through their career. I hold an ILM Coaching/ Mentoring Level 3 award and am an ILM endorsed Career Coach. I am a great listener with empathy, patience and positivity, and like to help people to become the best reflection of themselves, to find their own inner energies and find that all important work-home-life balance.
I would hope to offer work colleagues the time and space to discuss, share, be listened to, to reflect, to find solutions, and to discover more about themselves in a safe, confidential environment. I'm very keen to continue to be part of the coaching community to help shape the coaching style culture already begun in the South West.
