Staff Network Chair coaching and mentoring

I have been running a staff network at South East Coast Ambulance Service for almost 5 years. We have over 400 members, a strong leadership structure, a strategy we refresh annually, and a diverse series of activities and events throughout the year. It's not happened overnight and now that we are well-established, I would love the opportunity to support Staff Network Chairs to grow and develop their own networks. Here is a flavour of what our Our Gender Equality Network offers: we focus on women in leadership, men's health and wellbeing, menopause, our Living Library, supporting parents, sexual safety, and more. We also network extensively externally to learn from our peers. The principles of running a staff network apply regardless of your network's focus so please do get in touch.
