Hallo! I am experienced Radiologist, specialised in Breast Imaging and Screening as well as Post Mortem Imaging (Forensic and Coronial). Having moved from Germany to England at the age of 16 to study A-Levels, where I excelled and enjoyed the culture to the extent that I decided to stay and continue my education and career in the UK. This led to obtaining a distinction at Kings College London in Medicine and a First honours degree in an Intercalated BSC at University College London. With a curiosity and passion for imaging, I completed my FRCR Radiology and Subspeciality training at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital, after which I started my consultant career at the now West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospital Trust. As Deputy Clinical Director for Radiology and now Clinical Director for Radiology , I am passionate about equal and timely access to diagnostic pathways and strives to inspire and support my team and network to create ideas and solutions on how this can be achieved whilst developing and growing our team and its shared goals. Taking on the role as Clinical Lead for the ImageEast Network as well as Network Lead for the Women as Medical Leaders group at WHTH are exciting new avenues for the year 2025!
