Jo Standford is the CEO of the Healthcare Project and Change Association (HPCA), a charity supporting the education and training of healthcare workforce to improve project and change capability and delivery, to improve services and health outcomes for patients.
She posted a coaching offer, focussing in project and change profession career coaching, offering to give advice on how to move to the next level in your career.
The request
Elvis Amadi works within the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Elvis saw Jo’s offer and requested an hour to help him prepare for a career change.
