I began my NHS Career in 2005 after spending 16 years in the private Banking sector. Before joining NHS England in 2021 I spent 16 years working in Acute and Mental Health Trusts within Kent and Medway, during this time I held a variety of admin, training and project management roles. I am passionate about improving staff experience which led me to my first role in NHS England in the looking after our people team as the regional retention manager. I am now working in the Talent and Leadership Team as a Programme Manager with a focus on Coaching and Mentoring and Talent Pools. I have attained an MBA at Henley Business school in 2021 and an ILM L7 Certificate in Leadership and Management in 2024. I currently live in the South East Region.
