About me: Having worked in local authority, third sector and Higher Education, I joined the RPMO in 2021 to contribute to innovation and improvement in healthcare delivery.  I have a keen interest in using evidence-informed interventions that divert service users from targeted and specialist services.

  • Leading the adoption of Motivational Interviewing as a practice model across children social care in Islington Council.
  • Working with young people to shape the delivery of social care services through staff recruitment, workforce development, service design and evaluation.
