Hello, I'm Jennifer Owen and I’m currently working as a Talent Manager at Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. The focus of our Talent Team is to support our Trust to establish inclusive systems that recognise that everyone has potential, grow a diverse leadership pipeline and to enable a culture where all staff feel supported and empowered to develop their careers.
My background has been mainly in the public sector including 16 years in Higher Education, and in the NHS more recently. My experience spans many areas including Learning and Organisational Development, Staff Engagement, Change, Communications, Project Management, Apprenticeships and Internal Consultancy.
I am a qualified Action Learning Set Facilitator, HLM 360 Feedback Facilitator and Prince2, with experience in the design and delivery of learning, and in providing impactful career advice, career coaching and mentoring.
I have a passion for helping individuals discover and unlock their full professional potential – no matter what stage they may be at in their career. Additionally, I have expertise and an interest in communication design and how we can use communication to engage and make an impact. I’m also committed to continuous improvement and compassionate leadership.
