My background is in public sector and health.
A 'people' person. I am committed to enabling and empowering individuals to grow and progress throughout their careers. For me its about helping individuals secure their next career step. - whatever that might be.
I like working in change environments (which is ideal working in health and social care), so unsurprisingly I have qualifications in Prince2, MSP and Benefits Realisation, talent management and systems thinking in practice.
I am a qualified and experienced Executive and Board Coach, Mentor, Action learning set and psychometric facilitator Hogan, DISC, Belbin, MBTI and NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360 practitioner.
Equally happy working with teams and individuals.
