About
Operational Team Lead and Workplace coach
I started my career in London, working in Banking before moving to Cambridge. I have spent the last 26 years in roles that have included facilitation, training and leadership. I have worked with some amazing teams, learning as I go from the experience in healthcare, preventative care and mental health.
As twee as it sounds, I live to serve and am never happier than when I am learning, sharing knowledge and uplifting others.
Whilst I am currently in a non-clinical leadership role, I attained a health trainer qualification, a health care Assessor qualification, have trained as a Mental Health First aid instructor trainer and delivered courses countrywide for over three years before moving to the Voluntary sector supporting communities integrate back into their lifestyles following long illness and/or a hospital admission.
I have delivered health coaching, behaviour change (COM-B) and the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) courses to a range of stake holders and realised just how powerful structured thoughts, provides opportunities for meaningful conversations.
For the last 4 years I have worked as the Operational Team lead in CAMEO, creating the post to what it is today and supporting both the service and my colleagues with the external knowledge I gained from previous roles.
I completed my ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification and joined the CPFT coaching pool supporting others and loving every minute of it.
