I’m a leadership, culture and organisational development professional working within the NHS, passionate about helping people and organisations thrive. My work focuses on leadership and management development, culture change, career progression and creating meaningful development opportunities that support both people and organisational performance.
I’ve led and supported a range of strategic workforce and OD initiatives including leadership programmes, management essentials, career progression platforms, culture diagnostics and talent development work. I particularly enjoy bringing people together across organisational boundaries to share learning, ideas and practical solutions that make a positive difference.
I’m especially interested in inclusive leadership, future talent pipelines, coaching-style approaches and creating development experiences that feel practical, human and impactful.
