I am a healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience across NHS administration, hospital pharmacy, healthcare operations, and pharmaceutical supply chain management, now specialising in healthcare data analytics and digital transformation.

Currently working as an NHS Multidisciplinary Admin Co-ordinator within East London NHS Foundation Trust, I combine frontline healthcare knowledge with data-driven approaches to improve service understanding, operational efficiency, and patient care outcomes. I have developed practical expertise in analysing healthcare performance data, particularly NHS Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways, using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and SQL.

My recent project, the NHS RTT Waiting List Performance Dashboard, demonstrates my ability to transform complex healthcare datasets into meaningful insights. Using publicly available NHS data, I analysed over 1.12 million completed RTT pathways, comparing provider performance, speciality activity, admitted and non-admitted pathways, and waiting time trends. I designed interactive dashboards and KPI measures to support healthcare performance monitoring and decision-making.

Alongside my analytical skills, I bring strong experience in healthcare governance, patient records management, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As a Freedom to Speak Up Champion and Contingency Freedom to Speak Up Guardian (Volunteer) within the NHS, I support a culture of openness, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

I hold an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. My background in pharmacy operations, clinical environments, and healthcare administration gives me a unique perspective on combining clinical understanding with data analytics.

I am passionate about health informatics, healthcare analytics, digital transformation, and using data to improve healthcare services. I am continuously developing my skills in Power BI, SQL, data visualisation, and evidence-based decision-making to contribute to modern, data-driven healthcare systems.
