Qualifying as a paediatric nurse has been a great achievement and it has developed a wide variety of clinical skills and knowledg.

Training at Birmingham Women’s and Children's (BWCH) Hospital and progressing from student nursing to starting newly qualified in PICU without previous experience, then transitioning to being an Inclusion Facilitator to currently being an international nurse educator and pastoral support has given me access to understanding the clinical and developmental needs of a diverse nursing workforce across career pathways.
