Trustee - Project Manager
Having managed 10+ projects end-to-end across healthcare, biotech, and non profit organizations, I help research and healthcare teams cut through complexity and move ideas into impact. I have coordinated 10+ stakeholders per project, created dashboards tracking 100+ research outputs and streamlined lab processes.
Apart from my work, I act as a Trustee Project Manager for a charity advancing maternal and infant health, BABY-I, which when I joined, was just an idea - a small group of passionate people who wanted to make a difference for young mothers and babies. My role as Trustee Project Manager was to turn that vision into something real and sustainable. I wrote the charity’s governing document, built a transparent trustee structure, and designed systems that helped us run with the discipline of a larger organisation. Within a few months, we secured £20,000 in National Lottery funding, enabling our first health-education programmes for new mothers in London and an invite to an unconference supporting vulnerable mothers.
I believe in growth mindset, which means shifting the focus from self-improvement to collective progress; asking not how can I grow, but how can I help others grow with me. I want to bring the same mindset to Talent timebank and also use this opportunity to grow my network and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve high impact goals.
