I am a registered dietitian, chartered HR professional, Nye Bevan graduate and accredited coach with over 30 years experience in healthcare in the UK and overseas.

I have led clinical and corporate services, health and wellbeing programmes, organisational development through mergers, developed an internal management training scheme and coaching and mentoring schemes.

I am planning to retire in October 2025 and want to share my learning through experience with colleagues near and far! Equally, I never want to stop learning myself.

I live in Whitstable on the North Kent coast with my husband and have two grown up sons in London. I love sea swimming and singing.
