Lead Nurse Children and Young People's Services
I'm the Lead Nurse for Children and Young People’s Services at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. I oversee clinical quality, safety and professional leadership across our public health nursing services: Health Visiting, School Nursing, School Aged Immunisation Service, Looked After Children/Youth Justice, Family Nurse Partnership, Community Nurses for Children with a Learning Disability and Community Paediatrics where we have MDT team comprising of two Neurodevelopmental Specialist Nurses.
My focus is on improving outcomes, strengthening professional practice, and supporting services through transformation and partnership working.
I’m keen to connect, share learning and contribute to national CYP nursing work.
