Senior Operations Manager Paediatrics

Hi, I am April. I have worked for the NHS for almost 14 years, mostly in operations but also in corporate and clinical governance roles spanning risk, complaints and PALs, incident management, engagement and participation. In operations I have worked across paediatrics, women's health and community child health services. Prior to the NHS I worked in banking in operations and risk. I am currently the Senior Operations for paediatrics and child health in Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust. I am also a trustee for a mulit-agency academy Trust.
