As a GP Partner, Trainer, and Named GP for Safeguarding at NHS Kent & Medway ICB, I provide leadership across organisational boundaries to ensure vulnerable adults and children receive comprehensive support. My role involves guiding healthcare teams and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding within the community.
I am the Founder and Medical Director of DOCBEECEE Leadership Academy, which aims to transform health and social care professionals into effective leaders and change agents. The Academy provides essential training and development programs that empower professionals to lead with confidence and compassion.
In collaboration with the University of Washington's Department of Global Health E-Learning Program, I offer quality leadership courses worldwide. As a certified Maxwell Certified Behavioural Analysis Consultant, I provide DISC profile assessments and coaching, passionate about personal development and multi-professional learning. To support this mission, I am offering free DISC profile assessments to the first 5 individuals to email me. I am doing this to help individuals understand their behavioral styles and enhance their leadership skills.
