I am currently Head of Quality Improvement working in Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT and have worked in the NHS for 25 years working mainly in governance and assurance roles.
I am also a Cultural Ambassador and a member of the Black, Asian and ethnic minority staff network who works with the organisation as a critical friend to ensure there is equitable access to the services we deliver and equality of outcomes for our workforce.
