In 2024, I graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Management Practice, and earned Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) status in 2025. However, I’ve been mentoring since 2016 and I’m also equipped in career coaching—offering guidance across management, leadership, and organisational development.. Before joining the NHS, my career path spanned chemistry, music, and estates—an eclectic foundation that fuels my multidimensional understanding of people and systems. I’ve also held voluntary roles in public affairs, currently serving as Communications Director. At the heart of it all is one driving force: empowering others to unlock their potential. That’s my passion—and the thread running through everything I do.
