I have worked in L&D in healthcare since 2005, working at East Coast Community Healthcare CIC and all of its predecessors.

ECCH is a Social Enterprise employs around 650 staff working in the community in mostly multi-disciplinary teams.

I work in the Quality & People Team and I line manage 3 trainers who deliver our Induction, Mandatory Training and a range of personal skills training including Leadership & Management training.
