I am a children's nurse have been since 1997! I have worked in general paediatrics, paediatric intensive care, children's hospice all within different capacities such as providing direct care in an leadership role. I now work for the integrated care board as a clinical team leader and use my experience and leadership skills in facilitating continuing care, providing oversight to maintain safe and effective care for children and families in the community.
