A nurse by professional background I have been working in the field of organisational development for twenty years. I am part of a team with responsibility for talent and succession, EDI, team development and culture. I have also had extensive experience in leadership development across all levels of the organisation. I am particularly interested in systemic team coaching and the value creation that effective teams bring to organisations.
