Hi, I’m Claire, the Operations Manager at The Heron Medical Practice. I have the pleasure of managing our incredible team of Medical Secretaries, Administrators, and Clinical Coders, helping to keep the heart of the practice running smoothly. In addition to supporting our day-to-day operations, I oversee key Health & Safety responsibilities to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. I also have the privilege of working closely with our Patient Participation Group, meeting with them quarterly to listen, share updates, and strengthen our patient-practice partnership. As a member of our engagement team, I’m passionate about connecting with the local community — whether that’s supporting local charities, organising events, or finding new ways to make our practice more accessible and inclusive. I love being part of a team that not only cares for patients but actively contributes to the wider community we serve.
