I have worked for the NHS since 2005 and during that time I have had many roles both working in clinical teams and corpore roles. I also chair our disability staff network. The main skills I have are problem solving making complicated information or process simple, chairing meetings. I am also able to provider peer support for those with a disability and help them navigate the process of requesting and receiving reasonable adjustments.
