I am an award-winning, highly motivated, experienced, and compassionate NHS pharmacy leader, who has delivered sustainable quality improvement projects that have exceeded targets while achieving efficiency savings. This can be demonstrated by the fact that I have consistently achieved financial balance on a £40M plus prescribing budget in a climate of increasing demands and cost pressures.

I am a strong advocate for the reduction of health inequalities, as demonstrated by my integral role in increasing the uptake of covid vaccination in underrepresented communities. I have a keen interest in diabetes and was instrumental in the implementation of a local diabetes prevention programme.

My passion for empowering people to improve their health through self-care and lifestyle changes has carried over into my personal life, where I practice as an accredited health coach and qualified exercise instructor.
