I have extensive experience in the NHS and healthcare education, as both a nurse and educator. I have worked specifically with widening particpation and apprenticehsips and more recently with transformation and now porgramme delivery. I was a cultural ambassador for HEE and I am a professional coach and really enjoy enabling thme to build their own future, and have been supporting NHSE staff through the recent transition.
