I am a Senior Transformation Manager, working for BLMK ICB, with experience in People & OD, EDI and Culture.

An experienced senior leader with diverse skills and background. I started my career as a nurse, working in various settings in the private sector and held different leadership positions. I moved to the NHS in 2021, after having completed a MSc in Organisational Psychology. I have strong passion in People & Organisational Development, Transformation, EDI and Wellbeing. I am also a registered coach and happy to support colleagues to identify their potentials and address any challenges, in professional and personal life. My vision is to help leaders of the future to create compassionate and healthy organisations, with strong foundations in Psychological Safety and Inclusion.
