Currently I am just about to leave ICB commissioning, I am a coach, registered AHP and have 30 years of experience in the NHS

I trained as a physiotherapist and specialist in childrens MSK. I have had various clinical,operational, managment, commisioning, strategic leadership positions in the NHS. I have an MSC in Child health and education and have a passion for workforce development.I am currently completing a PGCert in Population health management. I am expereinced in child centred system healthcare delivery. I have completed a HEE fellowship, Florence nightingale alumni, and currently on fellwoship with NHSE. Having worked in education and training, in strategic activties, project management and lecturing. I am a trained executive coach. i particualry like coaching people through early career and mid career decision making and have  apassion for working with an equity lens.

I am currently about to finish my time as deputy head of CYP commissioing and transformation, and have worked for the ICB since it formed in 2022. new adventures await.
