In my most recent role as the Strategic Finance Business Partner, I have overall responsibility for looking after the financial & Operational performance & reporting on the Pathology Outsourcing programme for the HWE ICS that has been outsourced to a third-party provider for the Pathology Services. Main objectives include monthly reporting to the Partner Trusts & the HWE ICB, provision of accurate financial information to support effective decision making and completion of statutory monthly and year end accounts.
