Hi, my name is Ellie Sproston and I am a Interim Pool & Development Lead for the NHS IMAS, joining the team in October 2024. Prior to this, I have been working as part of the South West Talent Team and NHS Leadership Academy South West, focusing on supporting leadership development programmes for Primary Care and Systems Leadership. I have prior experience within HR, Learning & Development and Talent Management and really enjoy bringing people projects to life! I am also a Level 5 ILM Coach.
