I work as an Employment Advisor within Steps2Wellbeing, which is the talk therapy service offered by my trust. I work with patients who are receiving mental health support from a therapist, supporting people with employment and employment adjacent issues, including problems at work, finding work, returning to work after a long absence, finding meaningful activities, retirement. I am studying for a L5 Diploma in coaching through the NHS. I have a wide experience both inside and outside the NHS supporting people to achieve their goals.
