I am part of a small team within the Trust dedicated to identifying patients with a link to the Armed Forces.  

We offer hollistic support to Serving Military personnel and Reservists, Veterans and close family members.  

We assist with recruitment from the Armed Forces community into the NHS 

We run a staff Armed Forces Network 

My background is 24 years in the Royal Navy which includes 11 years as a Tri- service specialist military welfare / wellbeing officer. 

 

I am a Professional Scrum Master and Agile PM 

I have Level 6 Leadership and Management qualifications 

Level 5 HR management 

Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care (Advanced Practice) 

Level 5 coaching and mentoring 

Specialist bereavement and solution focused counselling skills
