Senior Project Manager - Staff Experience

I am a senior project manager responsible for a project called "Flourish@theFree" that aims to improve the inclusivity and health and wellbeing of bands 1 to 5 staff members at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

I also have leadership development experience within the NHS:

  • I have led the development of leadership programmes for all levels of leadership up to executive level
  • experienced facilitator
  • accredited Myers- Briggs Type Indicator facilitator
  • Action Set Learning facilitator
  • Healthcare Leadership Model 360 feedback facilitator
  • qualified coach and mentor

I am also the non-clinical Armed Forces Champion for the Royal Free.
