Business Manager – Herne Bay GP Practice I’m the Business Manager for a large, multi-site GP practice based in Herne Bay, Kent, serving a population of 18,000 patients. Our dedicated team of 75 staff work together to deliver high-quality care across all sites. We’re proud to be Investors in People Gold accredited, and currently working towards achieving the Platinum Award this year. Our commitment to sustainability has also earned us 4th place nationally in the Green Practice rankings, alongside recognition through various local wellbeing awards. In my leadership role, I’m responsible for ensuring the practice meets its strategic goals and performance targets. I’m supported by a strong and capable team across finance, practice management, HR, and workforce development, all working collaboratively to drive excellence and innovation.
