Julie has spent over 25 years working in the field of People and Organisational development.
 
Julie is the Senior Manager for Leadership Development in the East of England People and Culture Team and is responsible for supporting leadership development initiatives across the region. Before joining the regional team, she spent a number of years supporting the leadership and OD function in mental health, community and acute services.
 
A qualified Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner, Julie has a passion for seeing others grow, develop a better understanding of themselves and achieve positive outcomes.

She is currently undertaking a Doctoral programme in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University and has a special interest in psychological well-being in the workplace.
